After an initial consultation to determine your vision, we will help you design and plan the perfect day. Of course, we will also take care of all the nitty gritty bits, like recommending venues and vendors, negotiating contracts, forecasting the wedding budget, scheduling and attending all your vendor meetings and handling all the miscellaneous (and dare we say tedious?) tasks that the bride shouldn’t be bothered with. PARTIAL
If you’re a Do It Yourselfer, or simply on a budget, our Partial Planning Service is a smart and affordable option. Instead of spending valuable hours searching through endless magazines, websites and calling hundreds of vendors, take advantage of our expertise. After an initial consultation we’ll evaluate your needs, style and budget and come up with a forecasted budget that includes vendor recommendations that are the perfect fit for your wedding. Of course, we will also stay on board to consult with you throughout the entire planning process to ensure that you don’t forget a thing!
MONTH-OF
CC Events Month of Coordination service begins 4-6 weeks before your wedding. We step in and help you get organized, finalize the details, and take over all your vendor and venue communication finalizing all the details. We want you to relax and enjoy every minute of your wedding!
WEEKEND
A wedding weekend is an incredibly complex event to orchestrate with zillions of details to think about—picking invitations, locating venues, food, flowers, vendors, etc. The list is endless. Wouldn’t it be heaven to only have to worry about showing up and looking gorgeous? Well we are here to help make that dream a reality! With our Weekend Planning Package we handle everything. Yes, everything! Simply give us your budget, priorities and wish list and we will design the most exquisite wedding weekend you can imagine. We will plan your welcome dinner, guest activities, post wedding brunch, etc. Of course, it all begins with an in-depth consultation to go over your style and establish your vision for the weekend celebrations. Our Premium Planning service offers everything that our Full Planning package offers and more. In addition to handling every little detail, we supervise all vendor meetings, site visits and tastings; as much as you need us, we are there for you.
